Try using good dandruff shampoo or apply curd on scalp for 10 15-minutes. We recommend changing shampoo every month to get the best results. If these treatments do not work, we recommend taking expert advice as soon as possible. Note that dandruff will lead to hair fall.

• One of the main reasons for hair fall is stress. Stress produces a hormone called cortisone which causes hair follicles to stop growing and results in thinning of hair. Exercise reduces cortisone levels in the body by increasing blood circulation throughout the body.
• Hair follicles contain sebaceous glands which secrete oil which keeps the scalp naturally oily. On application of excessive oil, the scalp becomes a nidus for secondary fungal and bacterial infection causing hair fall. Oiling should be restricted to half-an-hour massage in the morning, followed by a wash with a mild shampoo.
• Regular hair washing is a part of preventing hair loss by the way of keeping hair and scalp clean. Doing so, you are lowering the risk of infections and dandruff that may lead to hair breakage or loss. Moreover, clean hair gives the impression of more volume.
Dry skin has very low level of natural production of sebum (oil). And that is why skin feels very uncomfortable and flaky and very dry. First of all you stop using soap which will remove natural sebum from our skin and start using moisturizer soap or soap made for sensitive skin, do not vigorously rub skin after bath. Apply a good moisturizer to lock natural moisture level in the skin.
If it is necessary repeat application in day time and night time applies a thick layer of moisturizer which will stay overnight on skin and work better.
